Hello to all our cosmic dwellers out there!
Siclen Studio is back on Kickstarter with SICLEN VALLEY, an awesome new project we’ve been working on for about 5 years.
Siclen Valley is set in or original sci-fi universe that you’ll be able to explore in two ways:
1. By taking on the role of a space courier in a strategy deck-building board game.
2. Through the journeys of multiple characters in our full-length novel.
We, of course, recommend both!
Siclen Valley, the board game, is a deck-building pick-up-and-deliver sci-fi adventure with contract fulfillment & bidding. It is designed for 1–4 players with both cooperative and competitive modes.
The book, in turn, immerses you in a gritty sci-fi drama that explores power struggles, deeply human challenges, and the dangerous weight of what we refuse to let go.
And make sure you follow us on Instagram or Discord so you don’t miss out on updates—or the short animated film we’re making about one of the characters from the game and book. Yep, we’re doing that too!

Hey for the fans of well-packed Kickstarter boxes!
Cosmic Chains has just arrived at the warehouse and the first boxes have already been sent to you! Expect the emails with the tracking numbers soon✨
Here is a short FAQ:
Where is my tracking number?
Check the email you left on Backerkit (pledge manager platform). Follow the link in the letter to see the following information: your full order, the shipping address, and the tracking number.

When will I receive my order?
The average shipping time is 2 weeks. However, it may depend on your location, the traffic of the shipping route, some missing information in the orders (we will reach out to you if our logistics partners request any), and technical possibilities of the logistics companies that are responsible for the fulfilment. All the orders have been sent for shipping today—so, there is no queue we put you in on our side.
I received the order and the box is damaged / some components are missing
Even though we carefully chose our logistics partners among the best ones in the market, we cannot exclude a human factor. If anything mentioned above happens, please reach out to us here in DM or email us at [email protected]—we will help you solve the issue!
It's been quite a stressful month for us but now we are so excited because we cannot wait to see our own Cosmic Chains copies, too!

Production Update #4: the way to the warehouse

Hi from the orbit! The connection is stable and... it feels like we owe you an update. Here it comes (as well as your Cosmic Chains boxes—but we will get to it). First, we wanted to apologise for minor delays in the delivery: shipping includes repackaging based on your orders and it takes time, too. But we can assure you that we are working really hard to have the boxes delivered to you—it WILL happen in November so you can count on having awesome Christmas gifts ✨. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Your Kickstarter-exclusive content is worth waiting for, we know ❤️

The whole batch is packed. All the components are at place, and Kickstarter-exclusives are separated to make sure we are not selling copies with them in retail (even though the temptation is strong haha)

Hello, cosmic adventurers! We have brought you an awesome update: language versions, production news, and even Cosmic Chians at Essen Spiel… So, hurry up and read on!
LANGUAGE VERSIONS
We promised digital versions of Cosmic Chains during the campaign—and we delivered! This time, we prepared a German, French, and Spanish version of the rulebook and card texts. 🛰
Who? Thanks to the incredible teamwork of amazing volunteers and seasoned professionals, we’ve made these language versions possible! We can’t be thankful enough to everyone who helped us make Cosmic Chains a little more accessible to people around the world.

PRODUCTION NEWS
The first printing of Cosmic Chains is ready for packing and will soon be shipped to our warehouse. One more step closer to your cozy homes!
Right now, our manufacturer is taking a brief holiday for the Chinese festivities. We’ll continue the work when they are back.
SPIEL ESSEN 2024
Speaking of festivities or… festivals! Cosmic Chains will be at Spiel this year! We're partnering up with the amazing Pektis Studio (you may know them for Wanderlust: Travel the World), meaning you'll find games from both of us at their booth! Production Update #2: We fixed the tray!

Hi, those who are floating all around the net! We are happy to announce that our team has received the golden sample from the manufacturer and confirmed the mass production. While we are writing this post, the first boxes are leaving the production line!
Of course, one of the central issues we dealt with was adjustments to the custom tray. It already was very functional but we wanted to make sure it is convenient to use with sleeved cards, too. Here, we are sharing the video where Dmitrii shows the improved tray and tells all about the major changes in it:
Now, we are waiting for the drop tests from the manufacturer and moving on to the logistics. We will keep you updated about each upcoming step.
